Which organization?
Workday's release heat map arrives as an Excel workbook a few weeks before each release, alongside a separate roster workbook listing each functional area's current owner. An admin loads both directly into this tab, no terminal or manual export step needed: choose the two files, confirm the release label, and click Import. The app parses both workbooks in your browser and sends only the extracted data to the server for a secured, idempotent upsert, so re-running an import for the same release label updates it in place instead of creating duplicates. Functional area label differences between the two workbooks (e.g. "Common Financial Management" vs. "Common Finance Management") are resolved automatically against the alias list managed below. Once a release is imported, everyone sees it on the Overview tab automatically, no individual downloads or emailed copies needed.
Importing releases and editing functional area aliases is limited to organization admins. Your account isn't an admin on this organization — contact whoever set up ReleaseSignoff for your team if you need access.
Upload both workbooks Workday/MSQ provides for the release. Parsing happens in your browser; only the extracted data is sent to the server. Re-importing the same release label updates it in place, it does not create duplicates.
Workday's heat map and MSQ's owner roster sometimes label the same functional area slightly differently (e.g. "Common Financial Management" vs. "Common Finance Management"). Add the heat map's variant here as an alias so future imports resolve it to the right owner automatically.
